On registering I was informed that the pool and spa were not available and the elevator was broken. The toilet backed up on us and our window was about 100 feet from a busy freeway. It was warm and dry, though.

I chose this hotel because they had a hot tub, I am told it is out of order after I check in! Extremely unhappy customer. Security lighting out, several lamps blown parking lot dark, unsafe and unsecure.
