I was SHOCKED at the difference between the pictures on the site and the reality. This has evidently turned into a long term stay property. It probably should have been a tip off when someone came into the office while we were checking in and asked for a roll of toilet paper for Room X and was handed one. Also, when the check in clerk let us know that there was a security patrol that started at 10 p.m. and continued through the night. Excuse me? There's a need for a security patrol?? There were "No Smoking" signs everywhere but when the elevator opened, the person who got off was smoking. There were signs that said, "All trash must be brought down to the first floor to x location," yet there were construction site-sized trash cans piled over with garbage bags on every floor. What hotel/motel makes you take your own trash anywhere? We never actually got into the room. My daughter and I both used our keys to try to open the door, and when the light turned green, it wouldn't open so we "body slammed" the door, but in neither case could we access the room. That's when we said, "NOPE" and found another hotel. Twice as expensive, but we were probably less likely to end up with scabies, lice, bed bugs, and gunshot wounds. Red Roof should be ashamed of this property/franchise. I wouldn't stay there if you paid me. I will say, the woman who checked us in was welcoming, polite, and helpful. It's not her fault the property has turned into what it is today.

Possible the worst room ever
There was no T.V. in the room, just a wire hanging out of the wall. The air unit was held together with duct tape and never did heat up the room. One of the worst rooms ive ever stayed in.

Do you really want to know how terrible this location is? I'll tell you. I had a busted phone, and broken ac unit. There were holes in the wall, the toilet leaked and the baseboard in the bathroom has pulled away from the wall. Under the sink in the kitchenette was warped. That's just inside. The stairwell smelled like urine and drugs. The rail was torn off the wall and trash thrown all over the stairs and landings. I have pictures and do plan to post them online in every forum that I can. Not to mention the fact that I had to extend my stay. I swiped my card on the third, and I expect that money to come out on the 3rd and not the 9th or 10th. It feels like they're trying to make their guests accounts go into the negative. Then, the young lady at the front desk, as well as the company's guest services representative was rude(which I'm glad that you record for "training purposes"), when I tried to find out why the money wasn't pulled from my account! I will never use this drug-infested, over-priced trashcan of a hotel again, and make sure that anyone I can reach, will never use it, too. I am disgusted! Please, do not advertise them on your site. This hotel is not worth your name being on the line for.
