Better than average breakfast. The room was clean. For the money this is nice, it’s just dated and could stand a remodel. What I would like changed are bed mattress, better seating. The A/C window unit worked but was noisy.

The sheriff's department was out 3 times in the 2 days I was there. It was so noisy I had to sleep with my noise canceling headphones on. There are homeless housed there too. This was rated 8.8 and excellent when I booked. I felt unsafe. Dogs were barking at 1am. It was just crazy. I guess there's nowhere else to stay in highland ranch any better

We are repeat customers at this location. It is conveniently located and the staff is always friendly. They have a very good hot breakfast 7 days a week. The rooms and the whole facility has always been clean and well kept. We will continue to use this facility in the future.

why is parking $10 ??????
The hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly. I did not like paying $10 for parking in the parking lot. I could see it if it was a parking garage - there was plenty of parking. and it was not communicated on the hotels.com site.

It is a great location just off the C470. It is clean and comfortable. Also a good value. The staff is very friendly and they serve hot breakfast everyday.
