The TV in our room did not work. One bed had 3 pillows and the other bed had two. Asked for 2 more pillows and they stated they did not have anymore. Also for some reason the window in our room was fully opened.

Everything was good the only thing that was not comfortable is breaking there is always someone watching over because of the rule of no food in your rooms. They need to add more fruits they only have apples.

While i don't need full housekeeping every day and the sign in the bathroom said after 3 nights I received NO housekeeping services at all for 4 nights. I would appreciate having the bed made and getting fresh towels. Also, the little bars of soap are crazy. Why not use liquid and refillable containers?

Plenty of used and worn furniture with rips and holes. Ice bucket tray had cigarette burns in it. Stepped off the elevator into a pool of water from a steady drip coming from one of the florescent fixtures. Automatic double doors at entrance would work only some of the time leaving people stranded outside constantly. Wild. I was definitely disappointed with my stay and was expecting a much nicer facility.

I will never stay there again! It was terrible!. The room was not the cleanest, sheets were dirty and when I called to get my sheets replaced with clean ones, there was no housekeeping! I had to go to the front desk to get my “clean” sheets and put them on (making the bed doesn’t bother me, it’s the cleanliness and service)! The phone was absolutely appalling! The hallways reeked of must and weed! Horrible experience!

The walls were very thin and you could hear the guest next to you and above you at all times. Curtains were frayed, we had to use hair clips to pull them close/together. Homeless where in the lobby and just outside the front door. This was very alarming and scary for our 5 year old. We were booked for two nights, the staff did give us a refund for the second night -- which we were grateful for.
