The hallway’s interior finish is too dark for my taste. The TV is mounted too high, glare from the room lighting was noticeable across the top of the screen. The TV remote’s button took multiple presses to get TV too respond. Got a little tedious.

Entire staff from the check-in to check-out was very friendly and accommodating. Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms and a relaxing lobby and bar area. Great stay!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating but there were a few things that were disappointing. The rooms are starting to show definite wear and tear. The grout in the bathrooms have slight mold showing, that sort of stuff. The beds are SUPER comfortable though, but the sheets even showed a faint staining around the edges due to wear. On Sunday Morning (06.16.19) when I purchased a fruit cup, there were no forks out and I had to ask for one to be able to eat said fruit. At Midnight (06.17.19) the water was turned off until 4am, which scared me because what if I wanted to use the restroom in the middle of the night? Good thing I slept through the whole night and didn't have to. On Monday morning (06.17.19) while I was checking out, they were down to one elevator with the other one being out of service. The management did accommodate when I asked for some kind of discount for the exorbitant overnight valet price ($44/night) in return for a plug on my local radio show (which I did!) and I appreciated that! The rooms are nice, but I feel needs some updating as far as grout work for the shower and sinks. Overall, my stay was good! Just those few issues which wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Like I mentioned, the staff was VERY nice and helpful.

The property was great, But I don’t think that I should have to pay for parking when I’m already staying at the hotel and if I am it should be cheaper some type of discount smh!! That’s the only part that I didn’t like also it seemed like my bed didn’t have fresh sheets on it they where really wrinkled like someone who laid in my bed already but for the most part nice hotel friendly staff

Perfect downtown location. Walking distance to all kinds of venues. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a work trip. Needed to be downtown to be close to everything. This was a great spot - lots of food options around! Parking was expensive thought.

I didn't care for the room so much. The view was terrible and there wasn't enough light in the room. The bathroom show leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The place itself is an average downtown hotel but more expensive. They also charge an additional $40 a night for parking.

Loved the hotel. Staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. I thought parking was way overpriced but valet service very nice.

Clumps of purple hair in the shower drain - gross! This hotel was dirty and rundown. Our room looked over the back of a strip club. I know Alofts are marketed toward a younger crowd and clubby, but is a clean room to much to ask for. The only good thing the valets were super nice guys!

Aloft is in a perfect location. We were in town for a Kid Rock concert at the Pepsi Center. We walked everywhere in the city.

Hotel has a nice lobby with a bar. Room is smaller than I thiought, and can be a little noisy. Clean and a good local.
