This was absolutely the WORST resort I’ve ever been too! … Nothing worked in the rooms, it smelled of sewage and mold, mildew everywhere! The sinks, lights and showers weren’t working! The food is the most disgusting, inedible disaster I’ve ever had to endure. The were two power outages , and almost everything that was said or presented to us was a lie. Happy birthday to me!😑

We stayed at Dreams , which also allowed us to use the Secrets and Sunscape resorts. Sergio at the Secrets restaurant was wonderful. He was so attentive and took the best care of us . Our room had a great view , and it was cleaned spotless each day . The resort grounds are beautiful. This is one of the farthest resorts from the airport or ferry terminal , which are approximately 30 minutes away . Taxis are always available.
