Overall, it was adequate. However, the room smelled musty. Floor and bathroom were not throughly cleaned. Bedsheets smelled musty. Pool was closed for the season when it was 80 degrees out. Microwave smelled and looked like it had not been cleaned.

Everything was very dirty, they gave us a room that was not ready and the one they changed to us was dirtier than the first one. They need more cleaning and empathy. The first night the room had a cockroach.

I stayed here woth my husband for the weekend. The sheets had dried up blood and were dingy, pillowcases smelled like sweat. The headboard was full of hand prints. Found 3 roaches in bathroom amd the floor was sticky... the rooms are simply terrible. Never stayed at a Sleep in, and i certainly never stay at another ever again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The room was filthy and had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. There were stains on the floors, the bedding looked like it had not been washed, and the bathroom was just disgusting. However, I will say that the customer service at this hotel was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they tried their best to make up for the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, no amount of good service can make up for the dirty conditions of the room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you don't mind sleeping in filth. The good customer service is not enough to make up for the lack of cleanliness.

Great hotel.
I was worried because it was a cheaper hotel and nothing like what I normally stay at but it was clean, big rooms, staff was friendly. Only downfall was the breakfast was very limited but I can live with that. Made a trip to see our soldier affordable and fun.
