The facility has two buildings - ask which building you’re booking for management informed that there is not AC. I went to check in and the AC was set to 65 but it felt like 85. I asked management to come check out the room and that is where I was informed that the building with exterior room access is not ventilated/equipped with AC

the property is very well kept inside and out. the inside decor was beautiful and the room was very comfy as well. i will be back to this property if ever needed in the future.

Well I expected better, from the pictures it looks really nice but it wasn’t, state’s breakfast included well that was only yogurt, some blueberries and strawberries and granola bits. They call it a yogurt bar. Was not fulfilling, there wasn’t anything to drink. They did have some warm water in the room with 2 cups. No place to get ice. The room was not that great either for the price I just did not care for it.

This is my go-to spot when I stay in the springs. The atmosphere is always so relaxing and vibrant. The staff is more than giving about resolving any issues and answering any questions. Will be back again very soon.
