It a perfect place for families to play!
Wonderful place to stay
Very nice resort, very nice staff. However to pricey for what options you have, seemed like trying to be a mini Disney with the pricing but not the options and amenities.
Great place for kids
Good for kids
This place is a money pit!! The rooms are completely basic, even the ‘fun’ den suite is basic and small. They make it so that you almost have to charge everything to your room. You can’t use a card or have to have exact change for small things like a bottle of water. Everything there is set up to make you spend money. Our suite was quoted at $299, after taxes came to $370 for one night. You can’t check in until 4 pm and you must check out by 11am. Also, our television didn’t even work. There of course is no continental breakfast of any sort, why would there be for almost $400 a night though. We stayed at other hotels in the area with a pool that our son had just as much fun at with all amenities and much nicer suites. If you MUST got for the experience, buy a day pass for the water park and stay ELSEWHERE!
Such a fun place for all ages. Clean Comfortable Quiet
From the moment we walked in we had happy hearts, happy swimmers, happy bellies, and happy kids! We were treated great with exceptional customer service and enjoyed everything the lodge has to offer, we had a great time!
I definitely didn’t have a view unless pipes is something you like to look at. The pool area because it’s included with the stay. Everything is pricey. Wouldn’t come again
The water park is unique but 1/2, with all the unique features, was closed.
This place is amazing! The only complaint I have is how expensive it is to stay here, we would have loved to stay longer but the price hindered that as well as the availability being very limited! The water park is amazing with nice warm water! Even the internet her is fantastic and fast lol
The room was clean huge comfortable. All services were excellent!
