This hotel offers a very nice atmosphere. Large pool and walking distance to the beach. All the staff was so nice, friendly and welcoming from checking to check out. You can see they have a passion for what they do and they want their guest to have a great experience. Breakfast was very good, and they have plenty of room even for large crowds, plus there is always someone keeping the tables clean. It is close to restaurants and stores. The hotel also loans you beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry them on a first come basis. You can always rent more at the near store or at the beach. Awesome place to stay in Cocoa Beach that I will recommend to anyone. We stayed there for four nights during Memorial Day weekend and we were a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. We will definitively go back again.

It is a very quaint Mom and Pop place. The staff were all very friendly. The lazy river was nostalgic fun. Lots of families here. A typical ocean community hotel, so not fancy but had a small kitchen in room, and we enjoyed all the nice people.

Very cool boutique hotel. Kids love the heated pool with a lazy river and having rooms overlook that was very convenient for the adults Super Bowl Sunday. They were short staffed which led to long wait for food service but the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was the room cleanliness, particularly the bathroom Cockroaches and other peoples hair grossed me out a bit.
