The bar has been raised...Ron is amazing
Hotel was clean, staff was great! All was going great, until....i was going back to my room after working all day and my door was open! But all the way, but enough to see through the door. I about died! I thought this was about to turn into a situation! First i thought the maid came in. .. even though i had so not disturb sign on the door! Nobody was in the room, thank God. I called down the front desk to tell them about it and told them i was concerned about if someone used my bed or shower or even set up a camera?! I know... my mind tends to lean to the worst possible thing! So the manager Ron gets on the phone... this man was my savior! He apologized up and down about what happened, took care of the 2 sodas i grabbed at the front desk and said I'm going to move you to another room and I'll bring the keys up to you! I was floored. Ron shows up and he explains to me how they are able to check who opened my door on any day of my stay. He says follow me. To me up to the 14th floor handed me keys and said this is your new room sir! I opened the door and about died! IT WAS THE BIGGEST ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN! Ron said to me, i wanted to make sure you were 100% happy. Talk about customer service! Room is the entire reason i will stay at this hotel again. He turned my terrible experience into an amazing one! Ron exceeded my expectations and had raised the bar for what i expect from hotels from now on.

What did I like? Leaving. Suggestion for the restaurant… hire better staff and get rid of the “fancy” dining experience, you’re in the hotel lobby get more tall tables and run the restaurant like a pub/lounge.
