Hotel needs a lot of renovation. Room was missing Coffee Pot, Ironing Board, Alarm Clock. Some furniture was broken/falling apart. Floor in the room was not as clean as one would expect. Front desk staff during the day shift were not friendly at all - except for Diamond - and she was outstanding.

Bed unstable and smelled like cigarettes, smoke in the halls, food is terrible, staff not welcoming at all, took 10 min just to say hi and look at us. One of the worst experiences in any hotel we’ve been.

The shower was dirty like someone had forgotten to clean it. The floors were wood and had stuff all over them when we got there. Things kept sticking to our feet. The blankets are extremely thin and our bed frame was dirty and looked very outdated. The elevator floors were also disgusting like they hadn’t been mopped in forever.
