Can under-25s rent a car in Rome?
You can officially rent a car in Rome from the age of 18, provided you have had your driver’s license for at least a year. In practice, though, many companies set their lower age limit at 19 or 21, and many will charge an additional fee for anyone under 25. What forms of identification will I need when I collect my rental car?
