Items that were hanging on my luggage went missing and was never returned. There was no follow up. The drinks were not good; had a nasty after taste like the lime mix used for the margaritas was sour. Room service food menu was limited and not good. We asked for extra cloths and towels frequently and it wasn’t granted the first two days of the stay. The best bet was the snack trucks near the pool and the buffet. Beautiful grounds however, the beach was full of dry seaweed.

Fabulous resort. The property is lovely. The beach is outstanding! The staff is great the ONLY negative thing is.. you will not be hanging out in the pools.. even kids avoided them. They are freezing! Because of this we won’t stay again with them.

Aroma opens at 8am, it should open earlier. A la carte is all booked up for paying guests with limited capacity. Policies for towels and reserving cabanas and chairs should be modified during peak times to a reservation system. No mangos? Coffee should be available at bars and a la cartes The theatre and sound system for entertainment is sub par. Menus should be available for older guests that are not tech savvy, they don’t appreciate the QR Codes.
