I had an amazing experience at this property from the time we got there until the time we left. All of the staff was amazing, the restaurants were all delicious, and the mixologist bar was a true highlight! I would definitely go back to this resort! My only complaint was the music choice at the club. Top 40 hits would be nice so there would be a mix of music but we still had fun.

Every staff member was amazing. We felt so well taken care of! The breakfast buffet at El Marcado was phenomenal. We loved meeting every day before we went down to the pool. The pool area was amazing. Plenty of chairs, sun and shade options, attentive service, great pool temp, etc. The beach was seaweedy, but that is not the problem of the resort. It was like that up and down the shoreline in this area. I would highly recommend this resort!

The property is absolutely stunning. It is way bigger than I thought, but all very accessible. If you don't feel like walking, you can ask for a complimentary ride via golf cart to other parts of the resort. This resort is where you want to go if you want to feel like you are VIP. It has a beautiful smell throughout the resort that I wanted to bottle up and take home with me. The throughout the resort...from the bell desk, reception, housekeeping, bar/server staff, room service, pool/beach staff...ALL TOP NOTCH. I met a group of girl friends here, but was there by myself for a night and day and did not in the least feel unsafe. Atelier Playa Mujeres is definitely one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in.
