Crummy customer service at Wyndham
We were suppose to have a 3 pm check in, no big deal. Called 2 times before at 10 am to see if a noon check-in would work, they say yes it should, but it may not be ready. Ok no big deal. Call at 1:20 see if its ok to come, no not ready yet, no big deal see you at 3. 3:10 go to check in, oh not ready yet, let me call housekeeping. (First off give me a room thats ready then) anywas calls says give us 10 min. Literally 35 min later and after a few other guests have successfully checked in, we say forget it, cancel us. 45 min past check in is totally unacceptable to me, especially after calling a few times and being told i could probably come at noon, but maybe not until 3. We left checked into a Fairmont and had an exceptional experience there.
