We checked in around 11:30 PM and had to go through 5 different rooms to get to one that worked at the minimal condition. Room 118 - bath drained very slowly; Room 121 - No hot water in the sink faucet; Room 122 - cracked bathtub and Room 108 - broken AC unit. We were finally settled in Room 208 which only needed new bed sheets and we scrubbed the red smear (possibly lipstick) off the sink counter. Moving from room to room wasted over an hour of our time. We called the front desk to request a late check-out at 12 PM instead of the usual 11 AM check-out time, but we were told we could only stay until 11:30 because the manager was on vacation. I went to the front desk at 11 and asked for the morning receptionist, Audrey, to call the manager about a later checkout but she said she had already called the manager and wouldn't be calling again. I asked to talk to the manager and was denied. I asked how we could arrange a later checkout and I was told that if we were in the room past 11:30 AM, she "would have us escorted out of there." Audrey then told us how the night receptionist had been upset with us and complained how much extra work we were giving them. I asked for the corporate number and returned to my room. 10 minutes later, Audrey called our room saying our 12 PM checkout had been approved. This place is not worth a cent of $120. It brought shame to the name of Wyndham.

Our room was very clean and well prepared , also just remodeled. Room 216 on floor two. However, when the room above us drains their tub the sound of water draining was extremely loud ... very loud. The drain pipe must be in the wall betweeb our bed and BR . It was very loud. Surprisingly loud. I was once told hotels give their worst rooms to guests that book thru outside discount services versus those that book direct. Makes me wonder if that could b true??
