I generally LOVE Westin, and this property specifically. They were not at their best this weekend. I arrived and was told to park elsewhere - no valet, no garage, all full. We were staying for three days and had to find parking elsewhere in Boston - which is not ever easy. Our room was half serviced (no towels, did not empty trash) once throughout a 3 day stay despite asking. Our room was worn out, and sad. The elevators were shaking, and when trying to check out (and of course go get my car five blocks away) they would not let us use a luggage cart, instead insisting that they would do it in about an hour’s time. Will not return!

Beautiful lobby and great breakfast options in their restaurant. The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Boston. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Cheapest Parking in this area if you pay by expedia! Make up remover is a good one if you forget yours. New and clean place! Staffs are really helpful. There is starbucks in the lobby!
