We have stayed here a few times when flying out of Boston Logan. Very convenient getting to the Airport, and the North End of Boston is awesome. Usually we have nothing negative to say about the Harborside. It is amazing how a single lapse of customer service just hits you. Not a big deal and the rest of the staff was just fine. One person at check in just set a bad tone. No big deal, this is a great place to base a visit in Boston Harbor, or if you’re just Passing through to the airport.

Great vibes for a family of 4.
We loved the location of this hotel and its quirky boutique feel. Our kids loved the lollies at the front desk and being able to walk across the street to the Aquarium - or to hop on the subway at the entrance. It was super quiet for sleeping - always a bonus and the artsy feel brought us comfort that we weren't at a big faceless hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
