The parking situation is terrible. We were not aware of the cost involved. There is no valet. You have to haul your luggage from what every lot you feel safe enough to stay at. The room is smaller than an interior cruise ship room.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Location is great for TD Garden events. The only complaints I have is the bathroom, you really don’t get much privacy. It’s basically just a shower and toilet with frosted plastic around it.
