One night stay in jacuzzi room with fireplace, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. We had a lot of snowboard gear, we liked easy the access to the room from parking lot. Great location.

The property looks like it was built in the 1950s. The bones are good, location to downtown great, but I don't think it has been renovated since it was built. Bathroom fixtures looked original, squeaked when turned on and off, I could barely fit in the shower.

Simple but great for the value
Staff was very friendly! Easy and prompt check in. Came to get out of Los Angeles and hike/roam around Big Bear. It’s not a 5 star resort, but a great basic place for the value. Conveniently located next to the little downtown/Main St area of Big Bear. Would stay again!
