Would return in a heartbeat. The staff was incredible, the access to local sites was great. Loved that it was a short walk to most things. Tons of close dining and incredible service everywhere.

This is a very cool and very clean boutique hotel. Rooms are made to look like vaults and although the rooms are small the layout is very smart and we had plenty of room for all our bags. Nice bathrooms with a large well lit mirror for getting ready. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and I don’t say that often about hotel rooms. The bed and bedding felt high end and we slept well despite the traffics and guests coming in late. The walls are very thin so hope for quiet neighbors! All in all this was a nice experience for us. It’s walking distance to the river. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop of tsunami sushi. I highly recommend this place for sushi, a nice view, and the convenience of the location to this hotel. PJ’s coffee in the morning, you can walk and enjoy the view of the river.
The lobby is very elegantly decorated with marble touches, artwork and Louisiana historical references. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, with all of the amenities we required. Nice and spacious and attractively decorated. I’d recommend the Watermark to others and stay there again for sure.
