The property itself is in good shape, the front desk people are wonderful and hard working and kind and both drivers I encountered are as well. My room was spotless. It is tucked in a bit from the main street so I found it to be quiet.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable
I wasn't looking for luxury but the hotel could stand to make a few upgrades. You had to push the elevator button quite a few times, the floors weren't clearly marked, and the room was a bit dusty. The water from the shower kept rising, too, like there was a clog in the sink. While the hotel does offer a shuttle, I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk by phone to give them my information. I ended up scheduling a Lyft instead. I only needed a place to sleep since I had a very early flight but with so many other options in the area, I'll definitely choose another place.
Easy access from the airport. I arived at airport at 11pm and hrad only a minimal wait for the shuttle. The property is clean and the front desk was welcoming and considerate.

Good price and free parking. Property is dated but clean and quiet. Near airport is big plus and continental breakfast was adequate. A good bargain property near BWI and has airport shuttle.

This is a very close, convenient place to stay before a flight to/from BWI. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and amenities are adequate and I love the shuttle service to and from the airport. Have always felt safe even when traveling solo.
The main elevator didn’t work, you had to walk a long way to the back to another elevator. The building could do with a face lift.
