Not bad for the price. Rooms were clean
The price was right, the front desk people were super nice and professional, it is a no frills place, but beds were comfortable, I felt safe and the rooms were very clean!
Our experience was dismal. Our AC unit was broken, which meant the unit was incredibly hot the entire night. When we spoke with the front desk clerk, she told us to open a window, because there was no maintenance person available. Then, we heard a loud sound behind our headboard, which rattled the wall and made sleep impossible. When we inquired about that, the desk clerk said our unit was adjacent to the elevator's electrical room. The sound was repeated throughout the night. Finally, there were other guests talking loudly and smoking weed outside our window for roughly an hour (after 11 pm). All in all, this was the worst hotel experience I have had in many years.

I booked this airport hotel strictly for the shuttle to the airport. When we checked in they had a small printed sign behind the desk that the shuttle operated between 7am-9pm. This was no where online. Also the sheets in the room felt like tissue paper. I will defintiely choose to stay at another airport hotel in the future.

It’s the best hotel to stay in while you’re in Baltimore. The staff is super duper friendly . I will special mention Mila , Noel and David they are the best staff . They have great attitude dealing with their guests . Mila is always smiling she has great costumer service I have experienced in a hotel . I will definitely stay in Sonesta.

It had a full kitchen, elevator, gym and laundry room. They fast shuttle to and from airport as well as train station and shuttle you within a 3 mile radius.very prompt ,property very clean. Would stay again
