I do Not recommend this property. The overall condition of the property was poor and in need to maintenance. The door locks were not secured property to the door. The toilet was dirty, the temperature gage was broken, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils. Stay Away!
I liked the kitchenette and that the room was spacious. I didn't like not all rooms had tubs and didn't see a luggage rack to get luggage from car to room.
The property was well maintained, parking would be a problem when the hotel is booked.
Staffing was helpful and friendly. Building could use updating.
The room was in good condition, the fireplace outside the reception area is a very nice feature. Stayed for 3 days and didn't get housekeeping service. The carpet on the building is starting to look a bit old and dirty.
We really enjoyed our stay! Sylvester and the rest of the staff were amazing! I saw reviews about bad parking, but that wasn't accurate. There was plenty of parking. Very clean as well!
I showed up to this property at 6:30 p.m. with my two small children after pre-paying months ago. The front desk notified me that they gave my room away, they had no options for me. They did not offer to find an alternative, and asked me to call Orbitz myself to get a refund. It was a terrible experience.
Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room is clean and spacious. Will come here again.
A little dated but the the suites served the purposes. Lots of space, pretty clean and home-like. Have come here before will come again.
