I passed on the location in philladelphia the last time i was traveling but decided to try it in Baltimore. Let me say it was probably one the nicest properties me and my wife has stayed at.....and we travel a bit.... It was like having your own luxury condo. It was truly amazing. It was so nice my wife and I extended our stay an extra night. The Roost will definately be getting my business again,

Great property. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Modern apartment feel. But the only issues I had was a broken coffee bean machine, the shower never really got hot and its proximity to other locations.

Lovely hotel friendly staff with easy check-in but was a bit noisy during CIAA weekend. My only complaint is parking. It is the worst even though there are nearby parking garage. It’s a bit expensive.

Phenomenal stay, I will be back.. I love residences where I a store and warm leftovers or cook and this was it. I attended an annual Baltimore event and this will be in my "go to" residence in the future, in fact, I considered booking for next year this am and I am currently still in the bed in my room. Lobby smells amazing as soon as you walk thru the doors. The staff, front desk, was fun, nice, professional both in person and on the phone because I called prior to my arrival and had some requests. I'm too lazy to get up now and take pics for y'all but it was just as it is in the pictures

The Roost hotel
The hotel was beautiful and immaculate. However there was no parking . We had to pay to park in a spot a ways away from the hotel on the street with no added security.the pipes were making a swishing loud water sound the entire night and morning and the shower water was Luke warm at Best .
