Staff was rude when we tried to check in couldn’t find our reservation gave us the runaround for almost 4 hours had to dispute my payment with bank and pay outta pocket to be able to stay daytime staff was able to straighten everything out but after our two night stay. Was a major inconvenience

Reserved for a king stay and they gave us a room with a double bed when I asked why are we getting a double bed they said they ran out of king beds but I booked for a king bed. Didn’t have all the channels on the tv and rugs look old
