Prior to this weeks visit I stayed here 10 years ago some things have changed and some haven’t. The casino is a lot more clean and up to date, plenty of shops and things to do and eat. The casino and Atlantic City as a whole seems to have really cracked down on the homeless as we did not get harassed once in the casino and only a couple beggars on the boardwalk. This is a huge improvement as the first time we were endlessly harassed inside and out. Payout on the slot machines wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but could be a little better. More ash trays could be used in the smoking section and maybe attach some to some trash cans, I found myself having to leave my cigarette on the side of trash cans which I’d rather not do but ash trays in the smoking sections were scarce. $10 for a bottle of Coors is a little steep but having frequented Vegas this is still a bargain in comparison. Parking in the garage was $10 for the stay, should be free for guests… Shower water pressure was Phenomenal but the sink was a slight trickle (Stayed in West Tower). Now things that haven’t changed… Room Service and Guest Services was Non Existent. Came back to my room at 1AM to find it was never even cleaned and towels were not changed out… spoke to the front desk who stated you have to “request them to clean they don’t automatically do it”.. that’s bizarre, at least change the towels out. He stated that he would have someone go up with fresh towels within the next “15-20 mins… Never showed up.. surprise

Valet parking ticketing/payment system was confusing. Nobody was working the inside valet office, the valet kiosk was confusing and the outside valet window is hidden from sight when walking outside. After finally getting our ticket to the correct person, we waited 20 minutes for our car. It shouldn't be this difficult.
