The room we stayed in was mediocre. It was wheelchair accessible, which made the shower situation interesting. There was hair in the bathroom, that was not mine. The door knob to the bathroom needs replacing. The plumbing, of other rooms, could be heard in our room (I.e. when the neighbor flushes-we can hear it). The remote control was sticky. The curtains need replacing, looked to be a hole in the curtain that allowed the light inside. The noice from outside could be heard indoors (I.e. ATL traffic throughout the night).
I expected better considering the price & having stayed in other IHG locations.
Oh and parking…not worth the valet. 2 blocks over there is a public parking option. It’s way cheaper and was safe.
