I would say the overall experience was great other than the fact that the staff started knocking at 8:30 a.m in the morning even though our checkout time is at 11:00. They came back every 20-30 minutes!!

This hotel attempted to charge an early check in fee. I have never been asked to pay to check in early if my room was ready. I approved at 11 am and the room was ready. The front desk attempted to charge me a $50 early fee.

Don’t try ordering room service. You will have to call 3 times just to get it, the second day we waited over an hour for pancakes and a fruit cup. There was also an undisclosed parking fee. The facility’s are run down for the price. Lobby was freezing, we had better luck outside when we checked in. Overall a very poor experience
