Great location to Disney. Older property but clean.
We have been staying at the Tropicana for over 20 years. This trip in February 2024 the beds were beyond uncomfortable, they changed our towels but never made the bed or cleaned properly. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything next door. The room was suppose to be handicapped but I had to step over bathtub to get into shower, scary for me. Sorry but we were disappointed this trip. The front staff were very nice.
Staff was friendly and prompt when needing something. Right across the street from Disneyland and pretty decent food options on the street in either direction. Rooms were clean and neat. Will be staying there again very convenient.
It was perfect for a Disneyland stay. People were nice. Room was great. Grounds could use a face lift.
We booked here because of the location/proximity to Disneyland. The hotel is obviously older but well maintained. We did not realize how extremely noisy the location would be. Once back in our room, we couldn't sleep because of the sounds of cars/busses constantly accelerating at the signal light, loud talking from people walking in front of the hotel and people walking past our room to get to their rooms. We also discovered tiny looking ants. They'd made a trail from the shower to a crumb on the floor. If you want to be close to Disneyland, and don't mind the high cost for a mediocre hotel, then this place is perfect.

This is an absolute must go to property!! It literally is across the street from the entrance to Disneyland and you won’t find nicer employees anywhere! Every single person I spoke to went above, and beyond to make my experience exceptional! Many thanks to Sal and the rest of the staff and happy new year!!
This was a great property!! Very close to Disney!! A store on property!! The beds were just a little too hard for us!! Overall great!!
Rooms were humid, bathroom stunk and had little bugs. Over all it was fine especially for being right across the street from Disney but I probably won’t stay there again.
The hotel didn’t offer to clean the room during the stay, they just roll the used towels and place them in their place.
I highly recommend staying at the Tropicana if you are visiting DCA and Disneyland. Great location and nice clean rooms.
Nice and close to Disneyland
They do not offer maid service, pool was closed and parking was very expensive. Everything in the convenience store is the same price as in Disneyland. Overall, not a good value. The only good thing about this place was the friendly valet and the proximity to Disneyland.
