All the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming. We checked in at 12am and had a room on the 3rd floor. My energetic 2yr old slept on our 3 hr road trip so he was running around playing so I called the front desk to see if we could get a room on the ground floor so we wouldn’t disturb any guests and they were very quick in accommodating us to another room. Which I’m glad we moved because being below someone with children or heavy feet you can definitely hear it. We didn’t mind the footsteps or noise from above, it wasn’t anything we couldn’t bare. Breakfast was the norm, quick and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Room was amazing but it’s right outside a busy bus stop that several homeless people are hanging out at. They are very respectful and do not bother anyone just trash around. The people above us let their 3 kids run crazy at 130 am but the front desk took care of it after the call.

Great place for Disneyland trips. Bus picks you up right in front of hotel, they have good breakfast to get you started for day. If that does not do it for youbthere is a Dennys right next door

There was no hot water which was a HUGE disappointment! Not enough parking but they did have valet parking to help us with that. Walls are very thin so we could hear people coming into their room next to us very later at night. The room was clean and beds were fine. Breakfast was good.
