They need to change the key system i had trouble on the first day when i checked in i had to go and come back to the lobby due to key not working on my door. Then had to change room due to the door lock not working so my key to go in wouldn't work.

Nice, quiet hotel near the Disney parks but away from the crowds of the park entrance side. The walk from this hotel takes you through downtown Disney to the parks. I really liked that housekeeping came daily to take out the trash and replace the towels without needing to call the desk. You can request a full cleaning if you would like. We enjoyed the large hot tub and heated pool. Laundry facilities were convenient and clean. Beds were very comfortable.I also loved that they had Dove soap. Customer service was amazing! The only issue we had was with our room keys, they stopped working a couple times, which we learned was from keeping them next to our cellphones, but staff fixed without a problem!
