Excellent stay in a spacious, clean and convenient room at the Hyatt Bethlehem! Everything from check in to check out was seamless and easy, hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful - overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located - easily walkable to Main Street restaurants, shops, etc. Parking garage and bus stop right across the street. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. Do not expect room to be cleaned - sheets, towels, etc. - during your stay if over one night. Ice is only available on certain floors. There is not enough staff manning the front desk and bar, so it was impossible to sit with friends and have a drink if folks are checking in. Only one person manning both! Other than those little glitches, this is a good choice in a safe area.
