Dining experience could be better. The restaurants had food that was under par. We tried different restaurants and the verdict was same, poor quality that missed the mark of the restaurant's theme.

Food was at the buffet was good quality with a good variety and not overcrowded. It was easy to find a clean table other than on my last day, Friday. I asked the busboy if he can clear a table off for me and he just removed the dirty dishes without changing the dirty tablecloth which had stains and crumbs on it. Yuck! The gym was very small and cramped and the employee that worked there wasn’t very friendly and would get in my personal space which made me uncomfortable. He didn’t seem to have anything to do, but chat with the janitor and do some check list. The staff at the beach barbecue, were wonderful and the beaches were kept clean and there were plenty of beach chairs to go around. The cats on the property left me heartbroken. They obviously aren’t being fed or cared for. If I had more time I would have reached out to an animal rescue group for help. I noticed so many of the guests trying to pet the cats and were concerned about their health as well. It wouldn’t take much time or effort to give the cats proper care, but it’s obvious that the management doesn’t care about them, which is a shame. Please, please, please feed them and take them to a vet to get vaccinated and spayed/neutered. I’m afraid my review might led to them being removed from the property and hope no harm comes to them on my account. The message I had on the beach was wonderful, but overpriced. I noticed many of the massage therapists just standing around with nothing to do.

This resort is amazing! The grounds are well kept and the beach is beautiful. The food is wonderful and a large variety of options. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating to any requests or needs. Alejandro Sanchez from guest service, he is the best! He booked us in for our dinners and showed us the new Peruvian restaurant which was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be returning to this resort soon.
