This is our 3rd time staying at Coba, and everytime it keeps getting better and better. This was probably one of my favorite trips so far. We came with a lot of people 18 to be exact including 8 children. The staff is super friendly. Entertainment around the pool is amazing and super friendly (Eder, Jonathan, Octavio) only names I remembered but they were ALL great!! My boys loved going to the teens club. Jose was the best!! My son was super sad to leave. Overall Coba is a great place to stay. Food is great, rooms are a little outdated but clean, friendly staff. 10/10

Wonderful stay! First time back after 8 years and they have a done a great job keeping the place in great shape. The hospitality, entertainment crew and food was great. Will go back again.

The friendliness and the cleanliness. Lots of activities but also quiet areas if you prefer. Had the best massage ever with Lesley at the spa. The only thing was only given 2 a la carte choices for entire stay and everything was booked solid. Finally after lining up was able to get into a couple but they were not that great. Rice was raw and main was burnt. The buffet was actually better afterall.

Veriety of food is too much and unnecessary in Coba. Make it the same as Tulum. Japanese restaurant did not have a great food selection and choice. Transportation was expensive a at the lobby desk. 220USD to cancun airpory is very expensive!

Overall this is a very nice resort with lots of amenities, good restaurants and EXCELLENT SERVICE. The entertainment was good and there’s always lots for kids to do. (We travelled here with a 4,6 and 13 year old) The beach area is great compared to the surrounding resorts and the pools are also nice and big and always available. I would recommend this very large resort to any family or group for sure. Just not a couple as a romantic destination. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made this experience so great!!
