Paulina, Dillon and Jonah made sure we were safe and had fun. Exhilarating experience started with some short zip runs, ending in long zip runs that showcased the beauty of Hilo mountains and waterfalls.

The crew was very friendly, and it was a really good experience overall. It rained hard when we went so it wasn't ideal. They did provide rain jackets which was good, but those jackets smelled AWFUL. It was almost unbelievable how bad the smell was. I would also much rather have preferred a full suit for the rain. We were soaked, wet and cold the entire time, so a full body suit would have made it much better. The crew was so nice and fun that it still made it a great experience overall. The photo price was ridiculous though - especially that it's not even printed in a nice souvenir-frame like almost every other place. They emailed one photo for $25, and the quality was not even great.

This was a very pleasant and fun adventure. I liked that there was minimal walking (which is helpful due to my physical limitations). There were 8 different runs to experience from the earliest being pretty easy to the final big wow. Since this was my first time doing this, I really appreciated the tips from the guides and the ease-in into the longer and more spectacular runs. Our three team guides, David, Keiko, and Cameron were fun, engaging, and concerned for our comfort and safety above all. I highly recommend this experience and this tour group.
