It was convenient to be next to the terminal, but could use better signage to find. All signage was for the shuttle to the other hotels.
The property was very clean, as well as rooms. Huge property. The staff had no personality and were off putting. May have been a cultural thing though.
The property is in a great location; close to Paddington Station which has a nonstop train to Heathrow. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and Bayswater and Queensway underground stations and Kensington Gardens. The hotel provided a Handy cell phone which I used for maps, WiFi calling and texting, ...
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was cleaner than most. Price was reasonable but prices for restaurants, bar, and snack bar are outrageously high. About an hour train ride from central London but conveniently close to Heathrow Airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location to heathrow. Bus stop on corner which is great for public transportation. Good restaurant at hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean. A big plus was the availability of additional restrooms in the lower level. Traveling with a family that was a huge time saver. However the rooms very extremely small sized. There was almost no place to keep the luggage without running into them while walking in the room. ...
