This is a small boutique hotel right on the beach! It has a wonderful pool. Is very conveniently located and has a very polite and helpful staff.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, loved the fact that there was a bathtub and shower and toilet is seperate. Loved the balcony too.
Beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations! I would highly recommend this hotel.
As expected. Only stay one night......................................................................................
Nicest staff in the world!! 4 fantastic large pools with ample seating and hot tubs. Amazing spa!
Located nicely convenient for us. We thought the restaurant staff was very nice, but the food too expensive. There were 3 adults in our party, so we had to occupy 2 rooms, which was much too costly. I wish there were a way to accommodate a family group our size more efficiently. I am a Marriott rewards ...
Managers ,staff and waiters on the property are very well trained and helpful, our kids were very pleased from everyone at the W hotel. THANKS
The hotel was is the PERFECT area!!! Steps from the beach walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!!!
Property was excellent , staff absolutely the best very accommodating you will not be disappointed. The Views were excellent. and the location was great hop skip and a jump to South Beach Action far enough away to get some peace and R&R. Just perfect
The staff at Boulan South beach were friendly and helpful. Great recommendations to restaurants and activities in the area. The room upgrade was amazing! Would definitely return again. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Thank you for making our stay amazing!
The grounds and hotel are beautiful! The lobby was a pretty backdrop for staged pictures. The room was a little on the small side. When using both TVs the remotes would change both TVs channels and sound. Bathtub was very uncomfortable.
Jesus at the front desk went above and beyond when we had a travel emergency. We will never forget how he stepped up and provided incredible reassurance and service.
One of my faves! Gorgeous property, friendly and helpful staff. Pool gets very crowded and people hog lounge chairs but staff was very helpful with managing that.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. An abundance of amenities including two pools, a rooftop deck, gym, coffee bar, and a great restaurant. Negatives include extremely small rooms and inconsistent service. The price doesn't match what you always get in return.
Great location, nice and clean hotel convenient to food shopping and beach. Hotel pool connected to beach, big plus. Only downside is pretty high priced resort fee and extremely annoying vendors by elevators continually harassing you to what seems like purchase time shares.
Excellent location, clean, trendy bar, staff accessible and helpful, direct beach access and waiter service. One complaint is daily umbrella rental is not included in resort fee.
Good location and friendly staff! Dinnet at A fish called Avalon was excellent. Room had no chair and bed was ok but too low.
I loved the settings of the hotel, it was beautiful. The rooftop pool and bar was my favorite. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Everything is ok .... but what I don’t like ... smaller carpets in hallway is very dirty the have to change....
Clara the staff lady is a wonderfull person, very nice and she love her job:) she was very friendly and focus about what she doing she had answer to all my questions?? Definitely I recommend this hotel for you family vacations:)
The space within the unit. The only thing I did not like was the stumping from the unit above.
Awesome place. We’ll def be back!!! Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were exceptional!!!
Fantastic family resort. Played in the snow right outside our room. Lift to Squaw Valley is on the property and a super short shuttle ride took us into the village (front of Squaw Valley). The village had more kids activities in addition to the ice skating and heated pool at the resort.
Great stay, would definitely stay again! Perfect location. Only complaint was that their onsite parking is limited and the last night we arrived, the lot was full and valet was full.
The only problem that I found was a stain in one of the towels that did not look good at all. Also, it was a bummer that there was no room service especially when is freezing cold outside.
Perfectly match our expectations- great service at great location
Awesome property for couples or kids. We brought our 2 year old who had never been to snow. They gave us complimentary sleds and then after the snow we headed back to the pool. They give you smore kits for the big firepit outside by the pool. We are 100% going back.
Really comfortable bed. Very spacious. Tub could have been cleaner. The elevators are really small. Like space for 4 adults at a time. Cell phone internet coverage is poor in the building. Very nice that the Uber pick up is the same location as other traffic. Other hotels make it a separate location ...
Everything 🙌🙌...The property was amazing as well as the staff....they could have more variety of food for after hours besides from room services
We like the overall atmosphere. It not crowded like other hotels. Its very clean, updated, easy acess to everything, but not overwhelmed with people who are drinking and rowdy. We love that the elevators going down the the pools. We have stayed at Mandalay Bay 4 times now and will be back.
beautiful place and wonderful pool with a 24 hour Jacuzzi. valet is complimentary
Our room was super nice and the staff and management was super fast and friendly.
Stayed in tower 3 over the weekend for a quick trip. I booked this room last minute because the rate Orbitz was offering. What I didn't pay attention to is that the room is "owned" by someone. Had a bad check-in because of this. When we arrived tired with our kids I was hoping for a pleasant arrival. ...

Park Theater and MGM Grand Casino are also within 1 mi (2 km). Ballys and Paris Las Vegas Monorail Station is 8 minutes by foot and MGM Grand Monorail Station is 10 minutes.
Easy to get around casino but could have had more fast food type places for a quick bite
Being away from the strip is a good thing! jacuzzi open 24/7 close to places to eat when you need to get back on the road. Will stay again. PET FRIENDLY~~!
Sleeping area(room) is quite spacious, I also appreciated the double sink and the pocket door between sink & bathroom/toilet. Toilet could use updating-higher toilet seats would be more comfortable for seniors.
Everything was great! Can't wait to see the remodel!
Love the Hawaii feel an food! Some staff in lower restaurant need to be trained an watched better.
It was very quiet and my room was well taken care of
All of staff is very curitious and friendly The only was it was hard
I thought the hotel was nice and we used almost all amenities. People are friendly and it fit the purpose I needed it for.
Would have enjoyed a blanket on the bed.. Softer bedding and wifi without a hassel.. Other than that we left happy
Our stay was very comfortable Every thing was great and the resort was clean staff very helpful and friendly .. The air conditioning was very noisy. Tho But I would return .agsin in the future
Loved the pools, room, scenery, environment, everything. Wish the lazy river opened at 8am like the main pool since it's so fun. Balcony is not worth the price unless facing the pool.

Great location: a few minutes walk to the Capitol Hill and Union Square train station, about 15-20 minutes walk to the China town. Another plus is $22-27 a day parking around the corner at the House of the States building. The minus is no mini-fridge in the room. Also sometimes, the firetrucks wake ...
Great location. Within walking distance to 2 metro stops, one of which is the Blue Line that goes right to Reagan International Airport. Very convenient. No concierge, but the young lady who checked us in was very helpful and had great suggestions. Our room was a little noisy the first night. Next ...
Breakfast service was very nice. Guys behind the counter very helpful and efficient. Parking attendant guy very aggressive. I knew I was not going to pay the $43 daily fee, but he was very pushy, did not even want to allow me to leave my car in the circular driveway for ten minutes while we checked ...
Great location and spacious rooms. Brunch downstairs has an expansive menu.
I've been here before. Beautiful hotel, big rooms and bathroom. I payed for ocean view but this time I got a room on the 2nd floor and had more agave view then sew view. Was not able to see the beach or pools.
The pros: The property is large and beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly. The food is better than any all inclusive we’ve been too. The cons: we expected a beautiful ocean front beach but got a rocky and pretty inaccessible one. If we wanted anything other than Merlot red wine we had to pay ...
The food was very good and the wait staff attentive
Excellent . We really enjoyed our stay . During the emergency that occured due to pipes back up,- the stuff was very helpful, moved us to a totally different area. And we even received complimentary massages.
The property is amazing. Food and drinks are of high quality. Didn't know an All inclusive could be this good. View and the pool in the room was incredible. Make sure your room gets enough sunlight. Unfortunately our had sun only in the morning for few hours and water can get a bit cold. Concierge ...
This property is perfection! The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. Everything is clean, modern and welcoming from the moment you enter. The staff is very polite and welcoming as well. Beds are very comfortable, with good quality linens. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if ...
The staff bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, they were kind and polite and ready with a drink.
This hot meet my expectations. When I tell you all this hotel looks exactly like the pictures. It really a very quite place so if you are looking for a party this is not a hotel for but if you are looking for quietness and relaxation this is the perfect place. It is right on the beach. The drinks ...
We loved the location of our suite and the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff! They go out of their way to accommodate your wishes! We loved the Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya and will recommend it to friends and we hope to be able to return💕
Words can't describe the experience. From the minute we checked in until we checked out ( and 4 hours after) we were cared for like royalty. Great food, good not watered down drinks, and premium beer. And the security was top notch, they checked license plates in and out and matched them to room ...
Friendly staff, food was decent to great, evening entertainment was sparse, smaller resort but wasn’t too crowded at spring break, some nickel and diming to upcharge dinners or room, loved their commitment to conservation and did a display for autism awareness on April 2nd.
everithig super good all around breakfast linch dinner room service everithing was super super good
Located in Playa del Carmen, this beachfront hotel is next to a golf course and within 6 mi (10 km) of El Manglar Golf Course, Sanctuary of Hope and Time Capsule, and Dr. Alfredo Barrera Marin Botanical Garden. Ojo de Agua Beach and Puerto Morelos Reef are also within 9 mi (15 km).
Adults only with delicious food and exceptional service by the staff.
This was our second time staying at Playacar Palace. We enjoy basically everything about staying here. All facilities are kept 100%. The staff is made up of the friendliest and most accommodating people we have ever met. The location is the best - right around the corner from all of the downtown ...
Loved this little hotel. The location is great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Alex, in particular, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and was a great resource! Thanks, Alex!!! My only complaint is that housekeeping skipped our room, for some reason, on our last day there. ...
great place to stay, one block away from the shops, dining and bars. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Really it is better to stay here than all-inclusive hotels,
This is not a hotel as we had thought when we booked. These are individual condos which the property mananger rents out. I am fine with this concept. I rent VRBO and AIRBNB all the time. If I had known ahead of time and could of reviewed the unit and chose the one I wanted. It may have been a different ...
It was a beautiful hotel with a great location! Great breakfast
Very nice, quiet and relaxing stay! Thanks to all! Our drinks waiter at the pool, Samuel, was excellent and a very nice young man. The suite was large and nicely appointed. The main pool was fantastic. The little one at the front of the suite was not very deep but nice to put your feet in while relaxing. ...
Our condo was beautiful and clean. It was right off of 5th ave where all the night live and shopping was at. However, like other reviews, expect to hear LOUD music going on til 2 am and it's so loud that it feels like the party is in your condo. A night or two is ok, but it was like that the whole ...
Loved everything about this hotel, the staff always there to help you, excellent location, rooms so clean room service at your need. The roof top bar and pool just amazing.
Fantastic location very close to the beach and a very short walk to 5th Ave. and all that has to offer. Hotel was in good shape but needing some TLC and the staff, while super friendly is in need of some training in customer service and their own facility.
We stayed in a very comfortable 3 bedroom condo with a large, spacious floor plan for our family of 5. There is a nice pool on the premises. We had beach access from across the street and downtown Playa Del Carmen was just minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ivonne M. ...
We just got back from 6 days at Pueblito. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. It was great for our family if 5. We don't like all inclusive type places or secluded resorts where you can't get out and walk to anything, so this was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner each day. I went ...
The condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed the unit -- patio, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, etc. The gym, pool and hot tub were great. The location of the condo was really good, we walked around a lot, down the beach in both directions and 5th Ave of course. We spent a lot of time out -- cenotes, ...
Very nice hotel, large rooms with ocean view and a balcony with Jacuzzi. Staff is very nice and do everything to meet your wishes. There is no beach in front of the hotel. But we walked hours on the beach starting next to the hotel. Perfect couples retreat!
The lady at the reception desk was not very friendly. When I asked if the restaurant was open she suggested I get room service which was available at an extra cost.
Beautiful grounds snd service but very pricey salon services that were not all worth it.
The landscaping was amazing. Lots of beautiful flowers and cacti on the property. The staff was friendly and attentive especially Emily who worked at the Turquoise pool bar. The food at the restaurant and pool bar was delicious. Overall, I had a relaxing vacation.
Beautiful resort with a great pool area. Good location with plenty of retail and restaurants within easy driving distance.
This was a fabulous location to ASU campus! Literally right across the street. I'm so glad I found this little gem of a hotel property!
Beautiful setting on a golf course with ample indoor and outdoor common areas.
We booked the garden view room. It was small and not very comfortable. There was no where inside to sit other than a stool. The lighting was also bad. There is a light on either side of the bed and a light in the entrance way and in the bathroom. There is a counter that one can sit at with the stool, ...
Hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed the pool. The location is fantastic. We will be back
Property was great! Nice and quiet with very nice rooms. I did ding them on communication as their pool was being renovated and they failed to contact us. Wasn't the only guest with that issue. Other than that, great place and friendly staff! Will definitely visit again!
A little dated, but quiet and clean. Internet doesn’t work and shuts off frequently, so it’s annoying to have to pay the $20 fee for it.
Everything was great! Different scenery but was very nice and entertaining!
Overall really good experience could not access the voicemail however? Just an FYI
Property was in excellent condition and staff was very courteous and helpful.
The property was a "condo" and as such had a bedroom with walk-in closet separate from living room and kitchen area. There was plenty of space. It also had reserved, shaded parking nearby. Although we received a call right after making the reservation online to tell us the address of the office that ...
Huge 1 king bed suite with 2 sink bathroom and living room area.
We liked the happy hour and the whole property is gorgeous, It’s coachella weekend we understand but the whole hallway was filed with room service trays for hours and hours. There were also small ants in my bathroom.
Super nice staff and comfortable room, bed, and great views!! Great location to alk the sites in Palm Springs...No vending machines or snack panty...just over priced mini bars in the rooms. Very frustrating.
Everything was great, but bathroom floor, shower and handles were left uncleaned.
Everyone on staff is friendly. Rooms and are neat and clean.
We spontaneously planned an overnight trip to Palm Springs and happened to find the Ingleside Inn. It is such a quaint hotel and although it's a right off Palm Canyon Drive you would never know you are in the city. The hotel was recently renovated but has not lost that old glamorous Hollywood charm ...
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but I hated the decor, which I would rate as hideous if there were a rating of interior design. Ignoring this, I loved it. I did not, however, think very much of the restaurant, which had inattentive and slow service, and mediocre food.
If possible do not let the staff check you into room 321, when I entered there was a bug on the wall, the room had dirt on the floor, when I first turned on the AC it smelled like it was about to blow up, everytime I used the kitchen ants began to come from somewhere behind the kitchen counter and ...
Very nice staff, helpful and tentative to customers. Clean rooms and everything is there when needed.
a dream getaway with impeccable, cursed yet casual service. A perfect escape oasis to enjoy with someone whose company you crave and savor, in a place where connection, conversation, and peaceful beauty are held in high esteem. We will return again and again. We are grateful for every thoughtful ...
Great modern room. Great location! Staff is friendly. They are very strict on making sure you leave by 11am.
Very nice stay. Quiet location. Clean room and friendly staff. Shower was a bit weak but overall stay was very enjoyable.
We love staying here. The price is right and the accommodations are good. Great pools and relaxing. Close to stores, shopping and downtown.
Great hotel . Convenient location . Friendly staff. Upgrades without asking for it. Pool was nice and so was Turkish Hammam. Nesspresso pods in the room was a nice touch. Roof top bar small but cozy. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. It’s super small! No room to get ready. The water pressure ...
A beautiful hotel in a prime location. Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and good service. It would have been nice to have a coffee-maker in the room but the neighboring deli's and cafes had excellent coffee. The large bathtub and bidet were an added plus in the room. Overall we had a delightful ...
The pool was full of screaming children the entire time we were there. Do not expect the pool area to be adults. It was the opposite of relaxing. I had also prepaid the hotel and was charged a pretty pricy charge for miscellaneous fees of around 140 dollars for 3 nights. I’m not sure what I got for ...
Good location & great staff. When a partial bottle of wine was removed with the wine bucket the next morning we got a free replacement. We removed the front of the AC unit at night to help the unit run effectively after the maintenance man showed us the trick. Check out Robert at the concierge desk. ...
great location, renovated, rooms are spacious, bright and silent. Bathroom is spacious and bright. Staff is very friendly and on top of their game
Beautiful and luxurious hotel next to Central Park. Great staff and attention to every detail. Highly recommend!
Hotel is lovely. But the service is just not up to the challenge of a five star. 1. I booked a Classic King that according to there website is 401 sq ft vs Atelier at 360 sqf. When shown to my room by front desk woman I found it small. I asked woman if this was classic or atelier. She said that they ...
Nice, newer building with up to date mechanicals, large nicely furnished rooms, generally good and friendly staff but some gaps and lapses
Our Corner king Suite room (not middle)was great. A hip & great location. But hotel staffs need improvement. We booked king terrace suite and it was a really nice room. However, the hotel staffs were inconsistent and not throughly knowledgeable about king terrace suites. King terrace suite are only ...
Funky hotel with a beautiful open shared spaces. Lots of venues on site with something for everyone... except kids.
The location of this hotel is perfect for a Broadway-themed trip, as Times Square, lots of restaurants and theaters are a short walk away. The rooms are small but very thoughtful in the lay-out, and beautifully appointed. I would definitely stay here again for a solo stay
We enjoyed our stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly.
Nice and peaceful Needs more amenities restaurant etc and more selection for food but overall great people
The location was awesome, the hotel was beautiful but the staff is what made this hotel amazing. I've traveled to multiple cities and stayed in many hotels and there has never been another hotel that has come close to the level of service I received here. I'll never stay in any other hotel ever again ...
Nice Hotel, Great Sushi Bar, Perfect location if you are taking in a show!
It was amazingly quiet. Didn't hear any street sounds which is most unusual for Manhattan . Room was bright and spacious.
