The entire city of Shanghai is known for its rich traditions, and popular historical attractions like the City God Temple of Shanghai, and Yu Garden, which is located nearby. The rich history melds well with the booming industry of the city, which is also home to the largest population in China.
You can experience culture across the cities many museums; the Museum of Contemporary Art houses many interesting exhibits, while the Shanghai Natural History Museum showcases the changing culture and developments of the country.
Luckily, with so much to enjoy the city has some pretty predictable weather. There are four distinct seasons that exhibit average temperatures and conditions. The summers are humid and dry with approximately 6 - 8 days reaching over 95 degrees. Winters are cold and windy with snow appearing approximately ten times per season.
