Condo 41-4 El Dorado Ranch

There is a reason this vacation home is called San Felipe Elegance. This newly updated La Ventana Del Mar villa features in-house WiFi, high ceilings, a split-level design, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a patio with plenty of seating and a BBQ. The lower level includes a queen guest room with a private bath.

The upper level features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and double doors opening to a patio with beautiful private beach and Sea of Cortez views, plus a guest room with two twin beds and a private bathroom. The interior is brand new and beautifully decorated with a great Spanish feel. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for Baja 250 participants). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
