Large farmhouse completely renovated in 2018, located opposite Mont Blanc in a property of 3 hectares of nature, on the edge of the "Saint Gervais" ski slope and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails. The farm overlooks the village of Saint-Gervais and all its shops and restaurants located 5 minutes by car. The ski area is accessible in winter by ski directly next to the house or by car 3 km away. Ski school 3 km away. In summer, children's games in the garden. Quarter-grand piano available on request. Library provided with numerous books and regional guides. Megève is 10 km away, Chamonix 28 km, Geneva 68 km and Annecy 80 km.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
