Construction just completed on this beautiful condo located right on the point next door to Seagrape Resort. Enjoy the refreshing sea breezes, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, star gazing and jungle foliage from the spacious wrap around tiled deck. Read your book while relaxing in the loungers, barbeque your next supper and eat under the stars while watching the cruise ships and dolphins go by.

The home is like your own private retreat located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The generous 920sq ft high end living area comes with a well-stocked full kitchen, mahogany finishing, granite counter tops, and an island work and eating area. While sitting in your open concept living area, you have the choice of either watching the wall mounted 55" smart tv, or gazing out the window to the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom has a new king sized beds with brand new high quality pillow top mattress, lots of storage, and a wall mounted 36" smart tv. You will find the living space to be very functional and comfortable with the ceiling fans in every room and sunshades on all the windows.

All of the amenities in West End including restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short 5 minute walk from the property. For the divers the closest dive shop is right next door and many others are a short 5 minute walk in West End. For the beach lovers Half Moon Bay beach is also a short 5 minute walk from the property. You can have it all at this luxurious location, enjoying all that West End has to offer and coming home to enjoy a cold one at your Salva Vida Retreat!
