This house is entirely adequate. The views of the water are stunning. The interior is airy and spacious. The pool was clean. We were met on arrival by caretaker Sylvia, who explained that the recent intense rain had caused roof leaks that were being addressed. There are three boogie boards, a pool float, one set of kids' fins, a small cooler, and some beach chairs. The sunrise view is spectacular.As other reviewers have stated, there are maintenance needs: the screen doors to the patio don't close, bathroom doors don't latch, the hide-a-bed is *exhausted* (this should be advertised as a 4-person rental, not 6, but Sylvia kindly provided an inflatable bed in the loft and the kids were happy). The showerhead in the guest ensuite needs replacing: the flow is too weak even to rinse off sand. There was a pervasive sewer gas smell in the third bathroom despite the provided air freshener, so we kept the door closed. None of these issues prevented us from enjoying our short stay and we didn’t request any remediation. This house is well-equipped for four people. We advise mapping the street address, as the map coordinates sent us to a neighboring address.Check out nearby Taylor Bay Beach for wading and swimming, and Omar's Beach Hut for covered oceanside dining even in a downpour!
