This Casita comprises 3 Bedrooms (2 each with a Queen-sized bed, one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and parking for 2 vehicles. A further 2 beds (single bunkbeds in a separate area to suit 2 children) are available subject to prior arrangement. This exclusive residence also offers a 'Honeymoon Suite', "Waves", sleeping a further 2 guests (available subject to prior arrangement) with private shower and toilet. Guests have access only to the downstairs Casita, along with the upstairs Margherita bar area. (Upstairs Casa is not included in this accommodation).This residence is also conveniently located to allow for day trip destinations such as Kangaroo Island. (1 hour to the ferry) Approx. 1-hour drive from Adelaide, and approx. 30 minutes from the acclaimed McLaren Vale wine region, this superb residence is only metres from one of the South Coast's most desirable beaches, and famous Bakery, and within walking distance of popular cafes, antique shops, boutiques and award winning restaurants. Guests have access only to the downstairs Casita, along with the upstairs Margherita bar area. (Upstairs Casa is not included in this accommodation). This exclusive residence also offers the 'Honeymoon Suite' sleeping a further 2 guests downstairs (subject to prior arrangement only) with private shower and toilet. Some of the additional areas in the upstairs Casa (not included in the standard booking of Casita Alegre) are available for hire for commercial purposes (e.g. model or product photoshoots) at an additional cost.
