At the museum (300m), classified Museum of France, you will soak up the atmosphere of Gauguin's time through the permanent exhibition dedicated to the Pont Aven school, and take advantage of the remarkable temporary exhibitions.
Art galleries, shops, restaurants at the door of the house, but also beaches, wild coasts and tradition ... Southern Brittany awaits you.

Excellent property in a delightful location !

A lovely four nights spent right in the centre of Pont Aven with easy access to all facilities, shops, restaurants, and plenty of art galleries to suit all tastes ! We were on a three week road trip around Brittany in our campervan, and chose to spend a few nights indoors to catch up on spacious sleep and comfort ! Brilliant comfortable little apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely kind and helpful owner, couldn't wish for more ! Would thoroughly recommend !

Amazingly clean, well-equipped apartment

My family and I spent 7 nights in this apartment and used it as a base to explore local towns and beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. We loved staying there, and the apartment owner was very helpful explaining places to visit, parking rules, etc. The town of Pont Aven itself is lovely, with many nice restaurants to try and lots of art galleries to explore. Would love to visit again one day.

Un merveilleux séjour !

Une semaine pour rayonner dans toute cette magnifique région depuis ce logement central, parfaitement équipé et très cosy, c'est beaucoup trop court ! Parfois un peu bruyant, surtout le matin, en raison de la circulation et des livraisons. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : nous étions en plein centre-ville et ce point fort est indéniablement un avantage.

Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie ville qu’est Pont-Aven. Dominique a été très accueillante et nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin à notre arrivée! Sehr zentrale und dadurch leider laute Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet alles neuwertig und gut. Leider ging aus der Anzeige nicht hervor, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Brücke in Pont Aven liegt. Da wälzt sich tagsüber der Verkehr durch. Abends und nachts und morgens gern LKW, Kehrmaschinen und Mopeds. In der Nachbarschaft ein Bäcker der um 3:00 Uhr beliefert wird und das Cafe Negro, das gerne Bis spät Livemusik im Außenbereich hat. - Bei offenem Fenster ist da kaum zu schlafen. Wir hatten sehr warme Tage und konnten daher die Wohnung kaum genießen. Müll muss zu einem Container (300m bergauf) transportiert werden. Parken am Haus nur mit Parkscheibe für 2 Stunden (wenn man Glück hat und einen Platz ergattert) sonst auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Friedhof (350m entfernt). Wir würden lieber eine Wohnung 1-2 Straßen weiter vom Zentrum bevorzugen um ruhigere Zeiten zu haben.

Logement parfait et conforme, idéalement situé.

Apparemment très propre dans le centre de Pont Aven. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Dominique qui n’a pas hésité à nous faire part de ses bonnes adresses et sites à ne pas manquer. Idéalement situé au cœur de Pont Aven, nous avons pu facilement rayonner de Carnac à la pointe du Raz en passant la plupart des sites et villes à ne pas manquer pour notre 1ère experience bretonne. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir chez Dominique lorsque nous reviendrons dans le Finistère. Merci .

Tolle Flitterwochen!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in Pont-Aven verbracht. Es war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung besitzt ein sehr schönes Badezimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und ein süßes Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Dominique hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt, und uns viele Tipps für die Stadt und die nähere Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ganz zentral im kleinen Städtchen Pont-Aven gelegen. Die Bäckerei ist nur 15 Meter entfernt und es gibt unzählige gute Restaurants und Crêperien. Das Städtchen ist natürlich auch bei Tagestouristen sehr beliebt, so dass es dort sehr lebhaft zugeht. Wir haben das aber als sehr angenehm empfunden. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Wir haben viele Ausflüge ans Meer und in die nahegelegenen Städte Quimper und Concarneau unternommen. Es war rundum ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns. Merci beaucoup, Dominique! Cétait beau!
