My family of 5 adults and a dog needed a place to stay for 1 night in Phoenix. The casita is cute, and the other houses in the neighborhood appear to be updated and well maintained. The commercial areas we went through to get there didn’t seem like great areas. The manager was easy to reach, even on the weekend, and was as accommodating as he could be, not being the owner. There were a lot of rules/instructions that were a bit off putting. The inside of the house was clean, but some of the furniture was broken, the front screen door had holes in it, and the back bedroom was tight, and accessed through a utility room. The long list of instructions, broken furniture on the porch were less than welcoming. The main bedroom on the other hand, was spacious and comfortable. But even though it sleeps 5, it wasn’t comfortable for 5 adults. It would have been better suited to a couple.
