We are 3 adults (brother, sister, parent) who spent 2 weeks in Sicily at different properties. We wanted properties with separate bedrooms/bathrooms, and wanted to minimize stairs due to our father's age. This property met our expectations.The property is on the second floor of the building, accessible via marble stairs. Inside is a single-story floor plan with two en suite bedrooms and a third bedroom that shares the main bathroom. The rooms can be rented individually; there is a foyer-type room upon entry, with three lockable doors to the rooms--a standard en suite bedroom; an en suite bedroom with lofted sleeping area; & the kitchen/living room/full bathroom/third bedroom. There is a small outside seating area. The property is nicely updated and was as expected. The location is excellent.The stairs to the lofted bedroom were steeper than expected; each step is cut out to the step above/below. Traversing these stairs was tricky, especially in the middle of the night.The bedrooms and kitchen have small refrigerators (dorm-sized). Coffee pods, sugar, paper towels, etc., are not provided. There was one trash can and no extra bags to separate our waste. Communication with the mgmt co. was not Wonderful. WhatsApp showed "read" without a reply. They have an app to electronically open the doors to the building and unit, but it was glitchy and sometimes didn't work. Sometimes entering the code on the keypad to the unit didn't work, either.
