At 1140 pm the night before our arrival, we were advised the condo wasn't available due to a maintenance issue. We were offered a substitute but couldn't accept because it wasn't pet friendly. An agent tried to find other accommodations but wasn't successful. I was up until 1 am redoing all the hotel reservations because of this inconvenience. Vacasa was the third party involved.

Big Bang for your Buck

I was very surprised, we didn’t pay very much for our stay and I expected just a place to sleep and rest during our stay, but was wrong, this place was great. Everyone from the front desk to the room and the neighbors were fantastic. The thing I liked the most was the constant communication. Fantastic view and great location!

Not worth the Money

The property was outdated fabric on furniture was dirty. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. The building ran out of Toilet paper so to be paying that price and having to buy TP is absurd. Would not rent here again due to place being poorly run and lack of cleanliness.

Dog friendly and clean

The place was great. Very clean and extremely dog friendly. There was some smoking even though listed as smoke free, but the Manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. I will return.

Did not like the room

I didn’t like the room or the area I was in. It had a smell to the room I could not stand. I went to go buy blankets and slept on the balcony for the night. I was suppose to stay for two night I left the next day. The picture look better online than in person.

Spring Break 2022

The staff members at Ocean Park Resort were the best. Hands down!! Every time I ran into a staff member they were so nice and always said hi. We vacationed with our little dog for the first time and it was a great experience. I would defiantly go back!!

Not what it looks like

The location and view were nice that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. We stayed in 1118 and the room wasn’t clean. Looks like it was wiped down but really in need of a deep cleaning. This reminded me more of a hotel than a condo. No central air and heat just those air conditioning things like in a hotel room. The pics posted aren’t recent and the resort is run down. There were holes in the ceiling in the indoor pool area and my daughter cut her foot open on a piece of glass at the pool and the front desk just gave us a band aide and peroxide. I had to ask for a towel to clean up all the blood. I didn’t see the staff clean up the glass or blood. You are only given 1 towel per guest and have to exchange them at the front desk ( if they have any) when they are dirty. Overall not pleased and will not stay at this resort again.

Incredible apartment for the family (and dog!)

This Ocean Park Resort apartment had many amenities that we enjoyed. What we loved the most was the: - Incredible ocean view - Private balcony - Private beach access - Clean indoor/outdoor pool - And everything to pamper our pet too! (Extremely dog friendly resort) The only issues we had were that the beds were uncomfortable and a kitchen sink was leaking. The great news is that the resort maintenance folks responded within five minutes of our call and resolved the issue. Besides the issues, we enjoyed our vacation immensely and we would stay here again.

1118 Review

The kitchen sink is leaking around the sprayer and underneath. The kitchen sink itself is coming unattached from the counter. The pull out bed and sofa bed are nothing but springs. Thankful we brought an air mattress with us to sleep on.

Perfect location and dog friendly

It was as expected. Great location. Perfect size. The rails on deck were to large for the dogs. It was a little complicated to get new towels and garbage bags. It was really hot in the elevators and halls.

Spring Break 2021

The view is incredible and location is great! Loved that we were able to bring our small dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids loved all the options for indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.
