Great location but needs improvements

Enjoyed the quiet gated community, tram and proximity to the beach and stores. 2 of the 4 of us had severe allergies when in the condo, but we were fine only when outside. A moldy bathroom ceiling with a patch job of some sort, water leak stains in master bedroom ceiling, dust clumps hanging from the ceilings, very dusty curtains, sandy/dirty floors at arrival, dish washer would fall out of counter when loading because it's not attached to anything, loud/disrespectful painters were on my porch and deck @ 8am right outside my bedroom/dining area and around the outside perimeter and I had to keep all curtains and blinds closed for 2 days for privacy. I have rented many condos and homes over the years, and I was very disappointed and did not feel at home. The amenities felt more like a hotel than a vacation home.
